We had a great experience with Dino. To say that he was patient with us is an extreme understatement. Over the course of about 11 months, Dino spent countless hours with us viewing homes and logged quite a few miles visiting many towns in what seemed like, Tour de Massachusetts, until we found the right home for us. If Dino was just about the sale, we probably would have gotten a home much sooner that wasn't right for us, but it was clear from the start that Dino wanted to be our realtor for life and not just for one transaction. I would walk into a house that looks great to me and then Dino would give us his advice, telling us not only what he likes about the place, but also pointing out what he didn't like (i.e. maybe he didn't like the street or the neighborhood, the fact that the house would need new windows or other repairs/updates that would need to be made in the near future, etc). He has the vision to see a well-built home with great bones that has much more potential than the way it views but also has the ability to spot a "money pit" that looks newly renovated because of fresh paint and countertops. The best piece of advice he gave us was not to settle for a home in a location that we don't love. He said that you can always make improvements to your home, but the location itself will not change. When we finally purchased our home, we got an amazing deal for the location and are so happy where we live. After only a year of owning our home and some low cost cosmetic improvements (many of which were completed by excellent contractors that were recommended to us by Dino), our home appraised for approximately 150% of the original purchase value when we refinanced! Yes, we are extremely happy with our home purchase. The last thing I would like to add that Dino's service did not end at the closing. He has since checked in with us periodically and he helped us when we refinanced our home by sending us comparable homes in the area to provide for the appraiser. That had to be the most impressive thing of all because we weren't buying another house but he was still quick to respond when he had the opportunity to help. The next time that we're in the market for a new home, we will definitely be working with Dino.

I had a great experience with Dino. He helped me find a perfect condo. As a first time home buyer I was pretty unfamiliar with the real estate purchasing process but Dino helped me through every step. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and was able to give me a lot of valuable guidance. He even took the time to drive me around potential neighborhoods and point out areas I should focus my search! Dino is also extremely accessible, patient, personable and hardworking. He was available to answer my endless questions anytime. When I started looking, the market in Cambridge/Somerville was extremely competitive and it took me a number of months to finally make an offer. Dino encouraged me to wait it out until I found the right place and I’m glad I did. I would highly recommend Dino and look forward to working with him on future purchases. He made what could have been a tiresome, stressful process, fun!

Dino was referred to us by a broker who we have been working with here in CA, and was impressed with his reviews. He was very accommodating & had already mapped out a marketing plan. He helped us 101% with our tenants’ move-out process. Dino literally cleaned the condo himself to get the unit presentable. When we received offers, he very professionally negotiated for us, getting an offer 7.8% above our listing price. All through escrow, he made sure that we were on track & that the sale closed as scheduled. He worked very closely with the HOA board to obtain everything that was required of us as sellers. He was very attentive of our concerns & addressed them with expertise, in a very timely manner. Even through the very last days, he continued to make sure the unit will be ready, disposing of what needed to be discarded, obtaining certificates, etc. We closed today, on time, because of Dino, thank you!

Dino was referred to me by a friend of the families in the real estate business and told me he was as good as it gets. I think that was even an understatement because he went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was on top of everything and was available 24 hours a day to answer any questions I had. I am a first time home buyer and I would suggest to everyone that is looking to buy a house that if you aren't working with Dino Confalone then you are missing out. He made the whole home buying process so easy and backed everything up with impressive market comps to make sense of numbers and prices in the market. I know when I buy another home, the first person I will turn to is Dino. As good as he is at his job, he is even more pleasant to deal with. He is genuinely one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Thanks again Dino for everything and I look forward to working with you again in the future.

★★★★★

Working with Dino was a breeze. He made selling my one bedroom condo in the Back Bay neighborhood quick and easy. The photographs showed the place well. The open house was a success with over 100 visitors. The condo was under agreement quickly and he was instrumental in negotiating the best deal for me. I had several offers and he was able to guide me with the pros/cons of each. I highly recommend Dino for his expertise in the real estate industry. In addition, even though this was not in his scope of duties in listing my condo, he took the time to show my family a place to move to that was safe (de-leaded) for my baby This was huge because without settling down into a house prior to putting the condo on the market, I felt uneasy as I knew the condo would sell quickly and we could potentially be homeless. Dino put that all to rest and I could relax. I don't know many realtors out there who would take that extra time to help in that capacity.

★★★★★

We were referred to Dino by another realtor who was a close family friend. He was extremely helpful in explaining the market and introducing us to neighborhoods we had not previously considered. He was patient and responsive to our 8 million questions as first time homebuyers. His email sign-off, “Onward!”, became our mantra during the home buying process. Despite being out-bid on multiple offers way above asking price, we knew that we could feel confident that every offer we submitted was fair – neither overpriced nor undervalued. When we finally found our home, Dino was great in putting in an aggressive offer and working with a somewhat unconventional seller. After trading home-buying stories with friends and family, we now realize how lucky we were to have complete trust in our Realtor.

Dino was referred to us by a good friend, who worked with him to sell his condo in Allston, a couple years ago (sold at the highest amount ever in that building). Not only is he the most responsive, knowledgeable and professional realtor in the area, but he is an amazing guy who happily/patiently guided us through all the challenges of purchasing our first home. Even when faced with numerous complications dealing with other representatives involved, Dino was able to expertly navigate ALL hurdles, keep us apprised of developments and close on time, even with a very aggressive timeline. We would absolutely recommend Dino to anyone buying or selling a house/condo in the area, and will definitely work with him again in the future. (Dino's colleague, Sarah Rodewald, was also very helpful during this process and offered her help/expertise without hesitation.)

★★★★★

Dino worked tirelessly to help us find and buy our house. There was no time of day, night, or weekend when he wouldn't pick up his phone to answer any of our questions. His opinions are well informed, as he is himself a property owner, and he readily pointed out to us both the good and the bad of the houses we saw. He never became impatient or exasperated at our relative ignorance of the process. And even now that we've already bought and moved into the house, he continues to be a source of help and advice, including recommendations for plumbers, handymen, electricians, and so on. Dino would be a great help to anyone buying or selling a home, but especially if this is your first time.

My wife and I were finally offered to buy the house that we have been renting for years. Having no idea what we were doing, through word of mouth we ended up meeting Dino. He came to our house, took a look around, sat with us at the kitchen table and helped us with a game plan. He was completely honest, did not sugar coat a thing but yet he gave us the excitement and confidence we needed to move forward. Literally a month later and we now finally own our home. I would recommend this man to anyone. He’s honest, he’s respectful, knowledgeable, and professional and after 10 minutes of meeting him, he felt like a friend.

Purchasing a home is quite possibly one of the most stressful transactions one can make in their lifetime. The service Dino Confalone provided me was absolutely astonishing - from the moment I first was introduced even till today when I have already been living in my home for two weeks, I was treated like a VIP and friend throughout. He was there through every high and low and I honestly don't know how I could have got through it all without his experience, care and loyalty. The whole process of buying a home can be daunting but I can wholeheartedly say that if I was to go through it again in the future, he will be the only person I call.

★★★★★

We just bought our first house and Dino proved himself invaluable. He in no way rushed us, and encouraged us to take our time looking for our home. He provided answers to all our questions, as pestering as we were, and always seemed very happy to be able to help in any way he could. Dino is very personable, down to earth, extremely knowledgeable and indispensable. We had a very great experience and would recommend Dino without hesitation to anyone who is looking to buy. Do not pass him up, you will not be disappointed in the least. Thank you Dino, for all your hard work!!

Dino is a very personable and reliable individual. I met him at an open house and immediately felt he would help me sell my condo. I was very busy at the time and didn’t do much research and left everything to him. His onward and upward mantra is true to form and I made the right choice. He was open to any suggestions and even offered to help me move! I’m very impressed and would recommend him in a heartbeat!

★★★★★

Working with Dino Confalone to sell my home exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, market expertise, and dedication. His strategic pricing, expert staging advice, and top-notch marketing plan attracted multiple offers and sold my home quickly above asking price. What truly set Dino Confalone apart was his attention to detail, genuine care for my needs and unflappability when issues arose outside his control. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Dino Confalone to anyone looking to sell their home with confidence and ease.

Met Dino after a brief stint with a different agent didn't work out. What a breath of fresh air. Dino had great ideas, was able to meet with us frequently and flexibly as my schedule is complicated. He was very helpful explaining the Boston market quirks vs other places where I have lived, which was helpful and informative. Lastly, he was very patient as we looked at what felt like a million homes. Overall, I would highly recommend Dino to anyone looking for a quality RE agent.
